How to Update Content in Your Wix Studio Website Template – A Quick Step-by-Step Guide

Whether you're using the Flower Store template or any other Wix Studio design, updating your content is easy once you know where to look. This simple guide will show you how to change text, add images, and make your website truly yours.

🪷 Step 1: Open Your Wix Studio Editor

Log in to your Wix account.
Open your site in Wix Studio.
You’ll see your website in the editing view with all sections visible.

✏️ Step 2: How to Change Text

Click directly on any text you want to edit (e.g. “CRAFTING MEMORIES WITH FRESH FLORALS”).
A text editing toolbar will appear.
Start typing your new content.
You can also:
- Change the font
- Adjust size
- Edit alignment and colour

💡 Tip: Keep your headings clear and short. Add a longer description underneath if needed.

🌸 Step 3: How to Add or Change an Image

Click on the image you want to replace.
From the pop-up menu, choose “Change Image”.
Select an image from your Wix media library or upload a new one from your computer.
Adjust fitting, position, or round corners in the right-side panel.

💡 Use JPG for regular images and PNG if the image needs a transparent background.

🎯 Step 4: Customise Backgrounds or Colours

Click on the section background.
In the right panel, go to Background Settings.
Choose a colour, image, or video as the new background.
Make sure the opacity is 100% if you want the background to fully show.

🧩 Step 5: Save and Preview Your Site

Click Preview to see how your changes look live.
If you’re happy, click Publish to update your website online.

Final Tip: Keep It Simple

Don’t overload your pages. Use clear titles, good-quality images, and short paragraphs. If you're running a flower shop or a similar business, the look and feel should reflect your brand’s calm, natural style.
